Weddings In France is the official of Pure Expression Events.
My name is Nicole and I am the founder of Pure Expression Events.
This blog is dedicated to showcasing Real Weddings in France that I have the privilege of planning and portraying the fabulous couples that I have worked with.
Like many women today, I have chosen a career path that was not at all what I had planned and in my case, in a completely different country.

Like many women today, I have chosen a career path that was not at all what I had planned and in my case, in a completely different country.
I planned my first wedding at the age of 17 as a senior in highschool. It was semester project for my theology class. I went to an all girls catholic high school so getting married was of course part of the “plan”. I chose a well known library as the venue, had a string quartet and a strawberry shortcake wedding cake. My bridesmaids wore burgundy, groom and groomsmen wore top hats and strangely enough, I can’t recall what my wedding dress looked like. At the time, I never imagined that planning weddings would be "what I do"....
Fast forward 12 years, I live in France, am married to a wonderful French man, have two children, a cat and live in the middle of a vineyard with 600 other happy souls. I have a history degree under my belt and many years of event planning in France.
I love big parties, small parties, Bordeaux wines, Champagne, shoes, peanut butter, winter weddings, reading in english, dining french style.
Wedding Planning is my passion - it extites me, stresses me out, gets me going.
My couples are exceptional, touching, my friends, my family.
